Food for life

Inaugurated Thursday, October 15 at 15 in Piazza San Carlo, in Milan, on the eve of World Food Day called by the FAO, the UN organization for food and agriculture.

The twenty pictures exhibition in Milan are the careful selection of a larger project commissioned by Greenpeace to Peter Caton, to document the realities of sustainable agriculture in six countries around the world (Brazil, China, Kenya, France, California, Cambodia ). Canton portrayed especially small farmers, "heroes" who work every day with their feed poor Planet producing 70 percent of the food consumed globally.

The exhibition is staged outdoors, in a pedestrianized area in the center of Milan and for lighting structures are used in solar panels.
